The information shared is intended to support safer, more ethical, and more informed conversations around psychedelic and altered-state experiences. This workshop does not provide medical advice, psychotherapy, legal advice, clinical supervision, or emergency mental health services. Not a Certification or Facilitation Training

This workshop is not a certification program and does not authorize, qualify, or train participants to provide psychedelic facilitation, therapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or any service outside their existing legal and professional scope of practice. Participants are responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws, professional regulations, ethical standards, and scope-of-practice requirements in their jurisdiction.

Psychedelic Legality

NEST Harm Reduction & Consulting does not provide, sell, distribute, recommend, prescribe, administer, or facilitate the use of any controlled substances. Many psychedelics, including substances such as psilocybin, LSD, MDMA, DMT, and others, remain illegal under federal law in the United States and may also be illegal under state or local law. This workshop does not encourage, promote, or instruct participants to engage in illegal activity. Any discussion of psychedelics, altered states, or substance use is provided solely for education, safety, ethics, and harm-reduction purposes.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own choices, actions, and use of the information provided. NEST Harm Reduction & Consulting is not responsible for any decisions made by participants before, during, or after the workshop. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
