Over the past 15 years, Erica has helped clinics, facilitators, and intentional communities design containers that feel safe, connected, and genuinely supportive of transformation.
Drawing from both clinical practice and years of on-the-ground experience in ceremonial, communal, and festival settings, Erica offers guidance in container design, facilitator training, safety and consent structures, and integration support.

Kat Olive
Kat is a trauma-informed health educator and psychedelic harm-reduction consultant based in Los Angeles. With a background in nursing and ketamine-assisted care, she brings years of experience supporting individuals and communities across clinical, retreat, and event settings worldwide.
Kat offers education, integration support, and safety trainings—including CPR and Narcan—and is known for her grounded presence, emotional intelligence, and care-centered approach to community well-being.
