NEST Harm Reduction is building a Sanctuary at High Vibe Festival—a place for participants to land, reset, and receive grounded, non-judgmental support.
We’re inviting a small team of compassionate humans to join us in holding this space.
What is Sanctuary?
Sanctuary is a community care space for festival-goers navigating:
Emotional overwhelm
Psychedelic or substance-related experiences
Nervous system dysregulation
Interpersonal challenges or consent concerns
The need for quiet, grounding, or integration
We don’t fix, direct, or diagnose. We listen, attune, and support people in finding their own way back to center.
What We Do
As part of the NEST Sanctuary team, you will:
Offer non-directive emotional support in the Sanctuary space
Support guests through psychedelic or substance-related experiences (non-medical)
Practice de-escalation and grounding techniques
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and regulated environment
Collaborate with medical, safety, and production teams when needed
Participate in real-time harm reduction in a live event setting
This is hands-on, in-the-field experience grounded in ethics, consent, and relational awareness.
